Caroline Nouvellon: Team Manager
As manager of the Enterprise Team, Caroline has overall responsibility for the coordination and implementation of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship provision for students, across the University.
Caroline is passionate about developing opportunities that encourage students to explore their enterprising and entrepreneurial strengths, and to take up challenges that will enhance their innovative and creative talents.

Claire Collister: Enterprise Adviser
Claire works to empower students to unleash their potential through both entrepreneurial and non-business related projects. Co-manages our sandwich year placements and Enterprise Residency programme.

Rob King: Start-Up Adviser
An experienced Business Support Professional, who delivers business support to students and graduates from Sheffield Hallam University, helping bring those start-up ambitions to reality.
Driven to breathe life into ideas and enable those with them, to have the confidence to work for themselves.
- SFEDI and PTTLS qualified business adviser
- 11 years’ experience advising start-ups
- Previously set up and run his own business
- Well networked in the Sheffield start-up scene

Graeme Tidd: Enterprise Adviser
Graeme works to empower students to unleash their potential through both entrepreneurial and non-business related projects. Co-manages our sandwich year placements and Enterprise Residency programme.
- SFEDI-qualified business adviser
- Worked for Enterprise leaders including Young Enterprise UK, Peter Jones and British Council
- Background in web design and digital marketing
- Works as a freelancer web designer
- SHU graduate

Tam Do: Enterprise Adviser
Tam works to empower students to unleash their potential through both entrepreneurial and non-business related projects. Co-manages our sandwich year placements and Enterprise Residency programme. Adviser to Enactus.
Tam is also project Administrator for our ScaleUp 360 Programme – an accelerator programme to support businesses with high growth potential within Sheffield City Region.

Meg Budd: Enterprise Administrator
Meg oversees the administrative activities for the Enterprise team, including the Start-Up Visa, Hallam i-Lab registrations, social media and the Enterprise budget.
Meg is an Illustration graduate of Sheffield Hallam University and runs her own business selling prints of her work, and regularly takes on freelance design work.

Darren Chouings: Hallam i-Lab Manager
Darren manages The Hallam i-Lab at Sheffield Hallam University.
Darren has designed and delivered various education programmes that support local enterprise and international partner institutions. He is Chair of The Sheffield Social Enterprise Network and Trustee for Museums Sheffield.

Andy Callard: Enterprise Coach
Andy is an Enterprise Coach and member of the ScaleUp 360 team. He manages the Enterprise Skills Project – a programme for school and college students across the Sheffield City Region.
Prior to joining Sheffield Hallam University, Andy spent 20 years in the charity sector, working for organisations in the UK and the USA.

Andrew Finney: ScaleUp 360 Project Manager
Andrew leads the delivery of the ScaleUp 360 Programme which is a unique addition to the Sheffield City Region startup ecosystem, bringing together a partnership with a new and innovative approach to identifying, engaging and supporting High Growth prospects from across the Sheffield City Region.

Jeff Sorrill: Senior Business Adviser: ScaleUp 360
Jeff has been supporting businesses to grow and succeed in the Sheffield region for over 25 years. Jeff draws on his extensive experience to guide startups, micro-businesses, social enterprises and mainstream companies to make the most of the opportunities they have.

Maisie Hampston: Graduate Intern
Maisie is a graduate intern for the Enterprise Team. Her role involves managing the Hallam Pop-up Shop, alongside day-to-day support of The Hallam i-Lab and supporting the Enterprise Advisers.
Maisie is an Applied Social Science graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2021. Prior to starting her Enterprise role, Maisie had already completed a placement in her second year within the university, with the Employer Partnerships Team.

Sarah Lindsey: Project Administrator
Sarah supports the delivery of the ScaleUp 360 Programme, from initial enquiries, day to day administration of client accounts, events and advice sessions, creating online content, and ensuring compliance with ERDF processes to complete funding claims.

Fran Noble: Business Growth Coach
With over 12 years of experience coordinating different market sectors across various SME’s, Fran is a friendly face amongst the team that will be able to connect you and point you in the right direction when it comes to business support.
