Every November, the Enterprise Team hosts a whole range of exciting workshops, competitions and activities for SHU students to get involved in and test out their enterprising skills.
You don’t have to have the ambition to become self-employed, just a real desire to develop your creative and innovative skills and get some fantastic experience that you can add to your CV and impress employers with.
You will get the opportunity to network with students from across all faculties and make new friends and contacts.
The Hallam Hand Made Arts & Craft market takes place every November as part of the Enterprise Action Week. This is a fantastic opportunity for creative arts and design students to sell their own products to Hallam staff and students as well as the general public. In previous years, the range of products on sale has included: jewellery; clothing; prints; illustrations; artwork and textiles. The Enterprise Team will support your preparation which includes advice on pricing and product display.
